100 ml of milk

1 tsp of baker's dry yeast

320 g of plain flour

125 g plain yogurt

1 tbsp of soft butter

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 tsp of salt

110 g cream cheese

Place the milk and yeast in the metal bowl. Run the program.

When the program stops, add the rest of the ingredients and restart the program by pressing Auto.

Remove the dough with the spatula and place it in a bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 min.

Flour your work surface and your hands, then divide the dough into 6 balls (if you want them larger, divide into 5).

Roll out each portion of dough into a small pancake about 0.5 thick. Place a portion of Laughing Cow® inside then close the pancake. Roll out again properly and brown in a pan for about 2 minutes on each side.
