1 pinch salt
200 ml of espresso coffee
4 tbsp cocoa powder
500 g mascarpone
5 eggs
300 g sponge fingers
60 g sugar
3 tbsp amaretto

You can replace the Amaretto with Marsal or 2 tbsp Baileys® Irish Cream liqueur.

The experience was worth the calories. Per the recipe, I held back on the coffee/amaretto so the biscuits weren't soggy, but could have been a little more generous. Kept leftover coffee in the fridge, and added later.
I've made many versions of Tiramisu and this is by far the best.
