2 tbsp olive oil

500 ml coconut milk

1 onion

0.5 red chilli

0.5 chicken stock cube

4 chicken breast

1 stick of lemongrass

Tips

RECIPE STEPS

Remove the tough outer leaves from the lemongrass and cut off the lower bulb. Finely chop the lemongrass and set aside.

Peel and quarter the onion. Remove the seeds from the chilli.

Something wrong with this recipe. the chicken was raw , had to give it another 20mins . very pour recipe, not impressed.

I didn’t follow the recipe and used prepackaged curry paste. my chicken pcs are with bones & potatoes. I increased the cooking time: 45/1A/110. Curry is cooked. Adjust the time and heat accordingly.
