500 g veal escalope

10 sprigs fresh coriander

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

6 tbsp of seasame seeds

1.5 tbsp sesame oil

200 g button mushrooms

1 tbsp ground tandoori spices

0.5 red chili pepper

5 sprigs chives

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sugar

3 tbsp sake or rice wine

Fit the food processing bowl with the metal blade. Roughly chop the veal. Wash and strip the coriander leaves from the stalk.

Wash the mushrooms and add them to the bowl. Add the veal pieces, coriander, tandoori spices, and sesame oil.

Season. Chop well by running the program until combined.

Take large spoonfuls of the chopped veal mixture. Shape the mixture into balls roughly 2cm in diameter.

Put the sesame seeds onto a plate. Roll the meatballs in the sesame seeds. Place the meatballs in the steamer basket.

Pour 0.5L water into the metal bowl and fit the steamer basket. Run the program.

Thread the meatballs onto wooden skewers, serving 2 meatballs on each one.

Wash the chili and cut it in half. Remove the seeds and slice it. Rinse the chives and chop them.
