Peel and thinly slice the onions, garlic, and peppers. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.

Preheat the cocotte on medium heat on a stove with a drizzle of olive oil, without a lid.

As soon as the cocotte is hot, add the onions, garlic, curry powder, and bell peppers. Sauté for 10 minutes, 5 of which should be covered, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until the onions are translucent.

Place the pieces of chicken breast in the cocotte, salt, pepper, then continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring regularly with the wooden spoon.

Remove the cocotte from the stove and place it on its pre-installed stand on the Cook Expert. Pour in the coconut milk and gently mix, cover the cocotte then run the program.

Stir from time to time. Wash and chop the coriander. Adjust the seasoning if necessary then sprinkle with coriander before serving.
