Wash the zucchini well, leave the skin on.
Set up the transparent bowl and the 4 mm grating disc then grate them.

Set aside.
In a pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil and the chicken cube.
Sauté the zucchini for about 15 minutes.

- 1 chicken broth

Salt, pepper and distribute the zucchini at the bottom of a gratin dish.
Preheat your oven to 180 °C.

Install the metal bowl, then place the parmesan, flour, breadcrumbs and softened butter cut into cubes in it.
Run the program.
- 4 tbsp of breadcrumbs
- 60 g of butter
- 80 g of parmesan
- 75 g of plain flour

Add the raw salmon in small pieces on top of the zucchini and the dough in an even layer.
