RECIPE STEPS

Place all the ingredients in the metal bowl and run the programme.
- 60 g milk powder
- 1 L milk at room temperature
- 125 g yogurt

Pour the mixture into 8 yogurt pots and set aside.

Rinse out the metal bowl and pour in 500 ml water.
Fit the steamer basket and place the yogurt pots inside, close the lid.
Run the program.

Once the programme has finished, leave the yogurt pots in the Cook Expert with the lid closed for 4 hours.
After which remove the yogurt pots and place them in the fridge for a few hours to set.
Easy to make and great yoghurt will use this recipe to make my yoghurt from now on .
