230 g plain flour

100 g of sugar

1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

2 eggs

80 ml of canola oil

125 ml milk

1 tsp of vanilla extract

125 g of raspberries

100 g of white chocolate

RECIPE STEPS

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. In the metal bowl, place all the ingredients except the raspberries and white chocolate and run the program.
  • 230 g plain flour
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 ml of canola oil
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Add the raspberries and white chocolate and mix with the spatula. Divide the dough into the muffin tins.
