0.5 bunch mint (4g)
1 tbsp mint syrup
300 g ice cubes
0.5 L sparkling water such as Perrier®
4 tbsp golden or brown sugar

Put the ice cubes into the metal bowl.
Run the program.

Add the sugar, mint syrup and lime juice.
Run the program.

- 4 tbsp golden or brown sugar

Wash the mint leaves. Pour the virgin mojito into tall glasses and decorate with the mint leaves.
