1 well-ripened avocado

200 g of fromage frais

1 salmon steak

1 lemon

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 pinch of paprika

1 sprig of cilantro

In the mini bowl, blend the avocado until it becomes a puree. Add a drizzle of lemon to taste and blend a bit more.

Season your mash with salt, mill pepper, coriander and paprika.

Set aside the puree in a salad bowl then clean the mini bowl and the metal knife.

Again in the mini bowl equipped with the metal knife, add the salmon fillet cut in half and pulse until you obtain coarse salmon cubes. Do not blend.
