Tips

This recipe can be eaten on its own or as an accompaniment to roast leg of lamb.

Place the cocotte on its stand and run the program (with lid).

Slice the zucchini, tomatoes, and eggplants into thin slices. Chop the onion and crush the garlic cloves.

Pour 50 ml of olive oil, then add the sliced onions, crushed garlic cloves and run the program again (with lid). Using a wooden spoon, stir regularly. Once the time has elapsed, remove the lid and let cool for 15 minutes.
