2 garlic cloves, peeled
1 leaf bay leaf
1 bunch curly parsley
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1 pinch rock salt
1 tbsp olive oil

the recipe says a pinch of salt instead of 150 grams of salt
Perfect - this is a constant in my fridge.
