200 g celery

2 carrot

1 onion

1 tomato

1 zucchini, chopped

2 garlic cloves, peeled

1 leaf bay leaf

1 bunch curly parsley

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried oregano

1 pinch rock salt

1 tbsp olive oil

RECIPE STEPS

Place all vegetables in metal bowl. Use PULSE button to chop all vegetables down, scrape bowl & repeat as required. Add rock salt & oil. Cook on EXPERT 20min, speed 3, 120 degrees.

Once cooked, select EXPERT program and press AUTO on the default settings. As it is running, slowly increase speed to 12 for approx. 1min.
