75 g of coconut oil

110 g of light brown sugar

1 tsp of vanilla extract

2 tbsp of coconut milk

225 g of plain flour

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda

1 tsp of salt

160 g of vegan chocolate chips

160 g of pecans

Line a loaf tin with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180°C.

Put the bananas, coconut oil, light brown sugar, vanilla extract, and plant-based milk into the metal bowl.
  • 3 large over ripe bananas
  • 75 g of coconut oil
  • 110 g of light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp of coconut milk

Add the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt and run CAKE/PASTRY.
