500 g of mushrooms

6 garlic cloves

0.5 bunch of parsley

1 pinch of sea salt

1 tbsp of olive oil

Place the cocotte on its base on the Cook Expert and pour in the olive oil. Run the program.

Place the previously salted veal chop. Brown it for about 2 minutes on each side when the oil is hot.
