2 baguettes

1 tsp of fresh baker's yeast

270 g of strong bread flour

1 tsp of salt

1 tbsp of flaxseeds

2 tsp of sunflower seeds

1 tbsp of seasame seeds

RECIPE STEPS

Add 170ml water and the yeast into the metal bowl and run the programme.

Add the flour then the salt and run the programme.

The programme will stop after a minute. Add the linseed, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds then press Auto to finish the programme.

Form the dough into a ball and place into a deep dish. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature and away from draughts.

On a floured work surface, flatten the dough into a square shape about 15 cm x 15 cm. Fold the 4 edges of the dough towards the centre. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 240°C. Fill a tray with water and place it at the bottom of the oven. Cut the dough in half and shape each piece into a sausage. Flatten the dough sausage and fold it in half.

Repeat three times and finally create a sausage about 20 cm long. Flour the dough and then twist each one lengthwise until you obtain baguettes about 35cm long.

Place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and leave them to rest for 30 minutes under a dry cloth.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning them over halfway.
