Add 170ml water and the yeast into the metal bowl and run the programme.

Add the flour then the salt and run the programme.

The programme will stop after a minute.
Add the linseed, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds then press Auto to finish the programme.

- 2 tsp of sunflower seeds

Form the dough into a ball and place into a deep dish.
Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature and away from draughts.

On a floured work surface, flatten the dough into a square shape about 15 cm x 15 cm. Fold the 4 edges of the dough towards the centre. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 240°C. Fill a tray with water and place it at the bottom of the oven. Cut the dough in half and shape each piece into a sausage. Flatten the dough sausage and fold it in half.

Repeat three times and finally create a sausage about 20 cm long.
Flour the dough and then twist each one lengthwise until you obtain baguettes about 35cm long.

Place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and leave them to rest for 30 minutes under a dry cloth.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning them over halfway.
