30 ml olive oil

80 g green pepper

150 g onion

100 g tomato purée

2 cloves of garlic

4 tsp paprika

700 g potatoes

70 g carrots

500 ml fish stock

300 g tuna

1 tbsp parsley

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

Tips

It is advisable to tear the potatoes as you cut them into pieces lifting with your knife so that the starch binds the sauce when cooking. It is our advice to use fish stock cubes to enhance your dish.

Place the cut onion, green pepper and garlic into the metal bowl. Run the program.
