4 apple

50 ml water

1 tbsp honey

20 g brown sugar

1 pinch rock salt

100 g butter

40 g flaked almonds

100 g plain flour

50 g muscovado or brown sugar

Tips

You can replace muscovado sugar with brown sugar. Pink Lady® or Gala apples are a great choice for this recipe.

Heat the oven to 180°C.

Put the ingredients into the bowl, with the butter going in last. Run the program.
  • 40 g flaked almonds
  • 100 g plain flour
  • 50 g muscovado or brown sugar
  • 100 g butter

Transfer the mixture to a lined baking tray; bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.

Peel, core and dice the apples. Place them into the metal bowl, along with the ingredients. Run the program.
