
Tomato and carrot butter




1 clove of garlic
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 bunch basil
0.5 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp salt
150 g butter
2 carrot
100 g onion
100 g of tomato purée
1 pinch ground chilli

Tomato and carrot butter is suitable for seasoning meat or vegetable dishes, as well as for soups and sauces. You can replace the tomato puree with ajvar (a puree of red peppers).
