12 g dark soy sauce

Using the stainless-steel bowl, attach the dough hook before adding in 1L of water, diced beef shank, sliced onions. Set to EXPERT programme / 50 minutes / 1A / 140°C. Remove cooked beef and set it aside to cool. Pour the beef soup into a bowl and set aside for use later.

Add in the oil, orange peels, dried chilis, 150 g of beef soup, sweet rice wine, sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sweet rice wine, and set to EXPERT programme / 8 minutes / 2A / 140°C, keep and set the produced beef sauce aside. (Store up to 150g to be used for further flavouring of dish)
