2 sweet potato

5 tsp ginger

3 cloves cardamom

0.5 tsp ground cardamom

1 pinch rock salt

1 pinch of pepper

125 ml coconut milk

750 ml water

1 carrot

1 leek

Tips

Sprinkle a little hazelnut dukkha over the soup before serving.

RECIPE STEPS

Dice the sweet potato. Remove the husks from the cardamom pods and finely chop the seeds. Peel and finely grate the ginger. Put all the ingredients in the metal bowl and run the programme.

  • 0.5 tsp ground cardamom
  • 750 ml water
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 cloves cardamom
  • 2 sweet potato
  • 1 leek
