
Sweet potato, coconut and cardamom soup




2 sweet potato
5 tsp ginger
3 cloves cardamom
0.5 tsp ground cardamom
1 pinch rock salt
1 pinch of pepper
125 ml coconut milk
750 ml water
1 carrot
1 leek
Associated products
Sprinkle a little hazelnut dukkha over the soup before serving.
