2 sweet potatoes peeled

2 tbsp of coconut oil

60 g of unsalted butter

2 garlic cloves

16 leaves of sage

1 pinch of sea salt

1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper

RECIPE STEPS

Trim the sweet potatoes to fit into the feed tube. Spiralize using the SPAGHETTI cone. Cut into shorter lengths.

Heat the coconut oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the sweet potato spaghetti for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a large plate and cover to keep warm.

Return the pan to the heat, add the butter, garlic and sage; cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is golden and the sage leaves are crisp. Remove from the heat and toss with the spaghetti.
