1 yellow courgette

150 g of mange tout

2 of vegetable broth

100 g of petits pois

10 g of basil leaves

1 garlic clove, chopped

1 lemon

1 tbsp of olive oil

Tips

You can replace yellow courgettes with regular green courgettes.

RECIPE STEPS

Spiralize the courgette using the FUSILLI cone. Cut into shorter lengths. Discard the mange tout stems and cut them into thirds.

Fit the metal bowl. Pour in the vegetable stock and run the programme.

Meanwhile, set aside a few basil leaves and finely chop the remainder. Combine the chopped basil, garlic and lemon zest in a small bowl; add the olive oil. Spoon over soup and decorate with basil leaves.
