0.5 green cabbage

4 tbsp breadcrumbs

50 ml milk

1 tbsp chopped parsley

60 g grated parmesan

100 g mortadella sausage

300 g minced beef

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

800 g peeled tomatoes

1 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic clove

1 shallot

1 vegetable stock cube

Remove the cabbage leaves and place them in the steamer basket. Run the program.

Set aside and clean the metal bowl. Fit the food processing bowl with its blade.

Put the breadcrumbs and the cold milk in the food processing bowl. Leave for a while so that the breadcrumbs absorb the milk. Then add the other ingredients and run the program.

Place a small amount stuffing on a cabbage leaf and roll up to obtain a roll of about 4 cm. If necessary, tie them shut using cooking twine. Repeat until all of the ingredients are used up.

In the metal bowl, add the ingredients for the sauce and run the program.
