Remove the cabbage leaves and place them in the steamer basket. Run the program.

Set aside and clean the metal bowl.
Fit the food processing bowl with its blade.

Put the breadcrumbs and the cold milk in the food processing bowl. Leave for a while so that the breadcrumbs absorb the milk.
Then add the other ingredients and run the program.

- 50 ml milk
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 60 g grated parmesan
- 100 g mortadella sausage
- 300 g minced beef
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

Place a small amount stuffing on a cabbage leaf and roll up to obtain a roll of about 4 cm.
If necessary, tie them shut using cooking twine.
Repeat until all of the ingredients are used up.

In the metal bowl, add the ingredients for the sauce and run the program.
