Place all the ingredients into the metal bowl.
Run the program.
- 200 g of prawns
- 10 ml olive oil

Take the prawns out, drain them and set them aside.

Pour 0.5L water into the same bowl without washing it and fit the steamer basket.
Place the eggs in the basket and run the program.

Run the eggs under cold water, shell them and cut them in half.
Set aside.

Replace the metal bowl by the food processor bowl.
Put the egg yolks and other ingredients in the metal bowl and run the program for 25 seconds.

- 20 ml ketchup
- 50 ml mayonnaise

Dress the eggs with the tuna-prawns mixture.
Garnish with a large prawn, half an olive and a little ketchup or mayonnaise.
