2 aubergines

1 lemon

260 g minced beef

1 garlic clove

2 grey shallots

1 bunch parsley

0.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

Tips

The aubergines can be served with a tomato sauce.

RECIPE STEPS

Heat the oven to 190 °C. Halve the aubergines lengthways. Sprinkle the lemon juice over them to prevent them browning.

Lay them in a dish and bake for 20 minutes in the oven.

Then, scoop out the flesh of the aubergine with a spoon. Take care not to damage their skin.

Fit the food processing bowl with the metal blade. Put the flesh of the aubergine and the other ingredients into the bowl. Mix by running the program.
