1000 g of Greek yoghurt
4 tbsp single cream
2 tbsp non-fat milk powder
150 ml strawberry syrup
RECIPE STEPS

Heat the cream in a bowl for 30 seconds in the microwave. Mix in the powdered milk, followed by the yoghurt and finally the strawberry syrup.
- 1000 g of Greek yoghurt
- 4 tbsp single cream
- 2 tbsp non-fat milk powder
- 150 ml strawberry syrup

Once the mixture is combined, cover with cling film and set aside 1 to 2 hours in the fridges

Pour the mixture into the bowl of the Gelato Expert and run the artisan ice cream mode.

Serve immediately or transfer into a container to store in the freezer (-15°C).
