100 g dark chocolate

600 ml milk

130 g single cream

2 tsp vanilla extract or 2 vanilla pods

150 g sugar

Use both your Cook Expert and Gelato Expert machines.

RECIPE STEPS

Add all of the ingredients into the bowl of the Cook Expert food processor, except for the chocolate. Run the programme.
  • 600 ml milk
  • 130 g single cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract or 2 vanilla pods
  • 150 g sugar

Refrigerate overnight.

The following day, put the mixture into the Gelato Expert and run the "Italian Ice Cream" programme.

Meanwhile, add the chocolate into the bowl of the Cook Expert machine and run the programme.

Rerun the programme.

Sprinkle the chocolate over the gelato at the end of the churn to make it crunchy. The chocolate will automatically freeze with the ice cream.
