4 skinless, boneless salmon fillets

4 tbsp of olive oil

1 fennel

1 pinch of coarse salt

1 yellow lemon

Tips

This dish is just as good hot with rice as cold with mayonnaise.

RECIPE STEPS

Wash the fennel with water. Remove the stems from the bulb as well as the hard base. Slice the fennel into thin slices.

Put 0.5 L of water in the metal bowl. Arrange the fennel slices in the steamer basket. Place the salmon fillets on top.

Arrange the pavers and fennel in a dish. Salt and pepper. Pour a drizzle of olive oil and a few drops of lemon on the salmon.
