Wash and peel the potatoes. Fit the midi bowl with the 4 mm slicing disc and slice the potatoes by running the program.

Run the sliced potatoes under warm water to remove the starch and place them in the steamer basket.
Run the program.

Meanwhile, prepare the fillet of beef.
If needed, remove the string from the beef. Use a knife to prick the meat and slide the minced garlic cloves into the newly made holes.

Fit the steamer basket and press Tare before adding the ingredients in the next step.

Put the beef fillet in the steamer basket, along with the pre-cooked potatoes. Add the pre-cooked green beans and run the program again.
