Wash the squid and the prawns. Place the squid in the bottom of the steamer basket and then the prawns on the middle tray.
Run the program.
- 500 g squid
- 200 g of prawns

Set aside.
Fit the food processing bowl with the mini bowl and its blade.

Add the olive oil and the juice of half the lemon.
Season with salt and pepper. Run the program for about 20 seconds.
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

Remove the mini bowl and set aside.
Fit the midi bowl with the 2mm grating disc.
Peel the carrots and then grate them by running the program.

Remove the grating disc and fit the 2mm slicing disc.
Slice the fennel and the radish by running the program.

Put the vegetables on the serving dish.
Add the calamari and the prawns then season.
