200 g of plain flour

50 g of cornstarch

200 ml of milk

1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

100 g of melted butter

100 g of fresh spinach

1 pinch of salt

1 tsp of pepper

200 g of ricotta

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 tbsp of seasame seeds

5 leaves of fresh basil

8 slices of Bündnerfleisch meat

Put the ingredients in the metal bowl and run the program.
  • 50 g of cornstarch
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)
  • 100 g of melted butter
  • 200 g of plain flour

Depending on your flour, adjust with a bit of water if the dough seems a bit too thick. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Add the spinach leaves, salt and pepper, then run the program again.

Pour a ladle of batter into the hot and buttered waffle iron, let the waffle cook for 3 to 5 minutes then peel it off. Repeat until the batter is used up.
