115 g of unsalted butter

120 g of brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp of liquid vanilla

225 g of flour

1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

1 pinch of salt

150 g of whole liquid cream

150 g of 60% dark chocolate

125 g of white almond

125 g of icing sugar

15 g of egg white

Put the almonds and icing sugar in the large bowl with the large knife. Run the Robot Program for about 1 minute.

Add the egg white. Mix again until a compact dough forms. Color a part with red dye. Form small balls to make the eyes, flatten them slightly. Set your dough aside.

Put all the ingredients in the metal bowl. Run the AUTO Dough/Cake program.

Make a dough ball and film your dough. And reserve in the fridge for 1h.

Form balls of about 13g. Bake at 180° for 7 minutes. Remove the cookies from the baking sheet and form a hollow in the center. Bake again at 180° for 6 minutes until they are golden. Let them cool completely on a rack.
