Put the almonds and icing sugar in the large bowl with the large knife.
Run the Robot Program for about 1 minute.

Mix again until a compact dough forms.
Color a part with red dye.
Form small balls to make the eyes, flatten them slightly.
Set your dough aside.

Run the AUTO Dough/Cake program.

- 120 g of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of liquid vanilla
- 225 g of flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg

Make a dough ball and film your dough.
And reserve in the fridge for 1h.

Form balls of about 13g.
Bake at 180° for 7 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the baking sheet and form a hollow in the center.
Bake again at 180° for 6 minutes until they are golden.
Let them cool completely on a rack.

Put the liquid cream in the metal bowl.
Run the Expert program 2min/V3/85°.
- 150 g of whole liquid cream
- 150 g of 60% dark chocolate

Add the chocolate.

To make the legs, then the eyes, take 2 tablespoons of ganache
Set aside in a piping bag for about 30 minutes at room temperature.

Cut a very small opening and shape the legs on the cooled cookies.
Take the small rounds of almond paste (red and white)
Place a drop of chocolate ganache in the center to form the pupil.
Let them cool in the fridge.

Form the spider's body with the ganache in a smooth piping bag.
