RECIPE STEPS

Soak the soybeans in water for at least 8 hours.

Rinse the soaked soybeans with water. Process them using the Extra Press, adding the soybeans in small amounts at a time and alternate with adding the same amount of water.
Use a ladle to press down on the soybeans to extract all the soy milk.
- 600 ml water
- 150 g soybean

Filter the milk and heat it in a saucepan for 15 minutes while stirring.

Collect the pulp from the Juice filter.
Keep the soy pulp to make energy bars (see recipe)
