500 g strong bread flour

200 ml water (at room temperature)

10 g salt

2 tbsp olive oil

180 g sourdough starter

RECIPE STEPS

Add the flour, salt, oil and sourdough starter into the bowl fitted with the dough hook.
  • 200 ml water (at room temperature)
  • 10 g salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 180 g sourdough starter
  • 500 g strong bread flour

Switch on the machine and run for 30 seconds until the dough forms a ball.

With floured hands, transfer the dough to a large bowl and cover with cling film. Leave to rise for 30 minutes.

Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough and then transfer it onto a baking tray that has been lightly oiled or lined with baking paper.

Spread the dough with your fingers to stretch it, then leave it to prove for another 30 minutes. The pizza dough is then ready to use.
