1 medium onion

3 garlic cloves

50 ml olive oil

400 g chopped tomatoes

1.5 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp coriander

0.5 tbsp chilli powder

1 tsp salt

1 red pepper, sliced

3 large eggs

50 g feta

1 stalk fresh parsley

1 crusty bread
