400 ml semi-skimmed milk

300 ml single cream

20 g whole milk powder

120 g tahini

100 g sugar

100 g honey

2 tbsp of seasame seeds

Add the milk, sugar, honey and powdered milk into the Cook Expert bowl. Run the programme EXPERT for 30 seconds / speed 13. Then EXPERT, 10 minutes / 85 ° / speed 3. Leave to cool.

Chill for at least 4 hours in the fridge.

Pour the mixture into the bowl of the Gelato Expert and run the programme "Italian ice cream". Add the sesame seeds at the end of the cycle. Serve immediately or transfer into a container to store in the freezer.
