250 g of plain flour

125 g of soft butter

80 ml of cold water

1 pinch of salt

3 eggs

250 ml of crème fraîche

1 bunch of chopped chives

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

4 slices of smoked salmon

Tips

Add slices of goat's cheese to the pastry before placing in the oven for a smoked salmon-goat's cheese version.

Put all the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry in the metal bowl and run the program.
  • 250 g of plain flour
  • 125 g of soft butter
  • 80 ml of cold water
  • 1 pinch of salt

Wrap the dough ball in cling film and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before rolling it out on a floured work surface.

Preheat your oven to 200 °C. Spread the dough in a pie dish, prick the bottom with a fork.

Pour the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.
