Salmon Chutney




650 g salmon fillets, skinned
118 ml olive oil
450 g tomato sauce
1 onion, peeled and cut into eighths
3 garilc cloves
2 cm ginger, peeled
1 red chilli, roughly chopped
1 pinch sea salt
1 bunch fresh coriander, roughly chopped
