100 ml white wine

320 g risotto rice

2 pinches saffron

30 g grated parmesan

50 g butter

2 tbsp olive oil

750 ml water

1 onion

1 vegetable stock cube

Tips

Arborio or Carnaroli rice are a great choice of rice to make this dish. The cooking time may vary depending on the quality and brand of the rice.

Quarter the onion. Put the onion into the metal bowl and run the program.
