500 g potatoes

1 tbsp mustard

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

50 g olives

250 ml olive oil

100 g carrots

120 g of petits pois

120 g green beans

3 eggs

1 egg yolk

2 boxes tuna

RECIPE STEPS

Finely dice the vegetables. Pour 0.5L water into the metal bowl and fit the steamer basket. Add the vegetables to the steamer basket.

Add the eggs to the steamer basket, close and run the program.

Run the eggs under cold water and remove their shells.

Set aside the vegetables in a bowl.

Fit the food processing bowl and the mini bowl.

Pit the olives. Add the chopped eggs (set aside one egg slice for decoration) and the olives then run the program for 5 seconds.

Mix the prepared vegetables and the tuna. Season to taste.

In the mini bowl, add the ingredients (1 drizzle of oil at the start) and mix them by running the program for a few seconds. Add 250ml oil through the chute while the program is running.
