1 kg potato

2 garlic clove

0.5 bunch parsley

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

100 g butter

50 ml olive oil

Tips

You can make the rosti into a special shape by cutting them out with a cookie cutter. You can also use the 4 mm grater if you would like a thicker consistency.

Fit the food processing bowl with the mini bowl.

Wash the parsley and halve the garlic. Place them into the mini bowl. Run the program for 20 seconds.

Set aside. Fit the midi bowl with the 2mm grating disc.

Peel and rinse the potatoes. Grate them one by one by running the program.

Place the grated potatoes in a bowl with the chopped garlic and parsley. Season and mix thoroughly.

Heat a little oil and butter in a frying pan. Place large spoonfuls of the rosti mixture in the pan and press down lightly to form small, flat circles.
