0.5 bunch parsley

1 garlic clove

100 g grated pecorino

450 g pork

50 g streaky bacon

0.5 onion

2 tbsp olive oil

900 g of chopped tomatoes

5 leaves fresh basil

Tips

This recipe goes well with spaghetti, simply fill a pan with water and a pinch of salt, bring to a boil and cook 400g of spaghetti "al dente", as per the packet instructions. Then serve the spaghetti with 1 pork roll on the top along with some grated pecorino cheese.

Fit the food processing bowl with the mini bowl. Chop the parsley with the garlic and grated perocino using the program.

Set aside. Lay the fine slices of loin on a cutting board, lay a fine slice of streaky bacon on top, a pinch of the parsley mixture and a little pepper.
