
Rolled pork with tomatoes




0.5 bunch parsley
1 garlic clove
100 g grated pecorino
450 g pork
50 g streaky bacon
0.5 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
900 g of chopped tomatoes
5 leaves fresh basil

This recipe goes well with spaghetti, simply fill a pan with water and a pinch of salt, bring to a boil and cook 400g of spaghetti "al dente", as per the packet instructions. Then serve the spaghetti with 1 pork roll on the top along with some grated pecorino cheese.
