1 tbsp olive oil

2 clove garlic

2 tsp mixed herbs

500 g minced beef

700 g Passata

2 tbsp BBQ Sauce

2 tbsp of tomato purée

1 med zucchini

1 med carrot

150 g mushrooms

690 ml or 3 cups water & 2 beef stock cubes

2 pinches salt

1 pinch pepper

3 tbsp fresh parmesan

1 medium brown onion

350 g risoni

Place carrot, zucchini & mushrooms into large food processor bowl with main blade. Process to desired consistency (I make it really fine to hide the vegetables). Set aside

Place garlic & onion in metal bowl. Run EXPERT program , starting on speed 3 & turning up until finely chopped.

Add oil & mixed herbs to onion & garlic. Run EXPERT program.

Risoni should still be a tiny bit hard and will be very saucy. It will continue to cook once off the heat, giving you time to prepare bowls etc.

Check for seasoning, stir through.

Serve immediately, garnish with freshly grated parmesan.
