480 g plain flour, sifted

7 g dried yeast

7 g sugar

7 g salt

125 ml extra virgin olive oil

125 ml warm water

10 slices salami, thinly sliced

0.5 red onion, thinly sliced

30 g olive, rip apart

1 aubergine

600 ml tomatoes, fresh tinned or passata

2 garlic cloves, chopped

0.5 tbsp dried oregano

200 g Mozzarella cheese or cheese of your choice, grated

RECIPE STEPS

Combine all pizza dough ingredients in the Cook Expert Run the “Pizza” program in the “Baking” section and press “start”.
  • 480 g plain flour, sifted
  • 7 g dried yeast
  • 7 g sugar
  • 7 g salt
  • 125 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 125 ml warm water

Brush the baking tray with olive oil. Stretch out the dough and place it on the tray.

Push the dough to the side of the tray and allow it to rest and prove again for another 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 240°C.

Top the dough with tomato first, then follow with all other topping ingredients. Place the cheese on top and put it in the oven for 25-35 minutes or until it’s golden brown.
