280 g of self-rising flour

1 tsp of baking powder

1 pinch of salt

200 g of fresh raspberry

80 g of butter

120 ml of whole milk

2 eggs

150 g of caster sugar

120 g of white chocolate

RECIPE STEPS

Put the butter and sugar into the metal bowl and run the program.

Add the flour, salt, eggs, and baking powder. Run the program.
  • 280 g of self-rising flour

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs

Remove the cap and add the milk through the cap.
  • 120 ml of whole milk

Add the raspberries and white chocolate chips. Using the silicone spatula to fold them in to the batter.

Spoon the mixture into the muffin moulds and bake at 180° C for 25-30 minutes.
