
Raspberry sorbet




1 tbsp lemon juice
400 g frozen raspberries
1 egg white
75 g caster sugar

For a lighter sorbet, after running FROZEN DESSERT, fit the whisk and run EXPERT, 30 seconds/speed 6 (without heating).

I used a mix of fresh strawberries and frozen blueberries adding lime juice instead of lemon. it tastes like a fizzy fruit tingle……..yummy🍓🍍
Changed the raspberries out for strawberries and halved the recipe - still made ALOT of ice cream. recommend making the bowl very cold first so it freezes better
