1 tbsp lemon juice

400 g frozen raspberries

1 egg white

75 g caster sugar

Tips

For a lighter sorbet, after running FROZEN DESSERT, fit the whisk and run EXPERT, 30 seconds/speed 6 (without heating).

RECIPE STEPS

To chill the metal bowl, place a few ice cubes in it and run the program.

Empty the bowl and dry thoroughly.

Put all the ingredients into the chilled bowl. run the program.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 400 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 egg white
  • 75 g caster sugar

If necessary, scrape down the wall of the bowl. Form quenelles of ice cream using 2 spoons and serve immediately. Or, to scoop the ice cream, place in the freezer for a few minutes. Do not refreeze.

Changed the raspberries out for strawberries and halved the recipe - still made ALOT of ice cream. recommend making the bowl very cold first so it freezes better

I used a mix of fresh strawberries and frozen blueberries adding lime juice instead of lemon. it tastes like a fizzy fruit tingle……..yummy🍓🍍
