1 tbsp Dijon mustard
5 sprigs flat-leaf parsley
2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp grapeseed or vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 cm grated ginger
