1 kg potatoes with a firm, starchy texture

1 tbsp mustard

1 pinch pepper

40 ml vinegar

1.5 tsp salt

50 ml bland oil

1 onion

400 ml beef stock (optional)

0.5 tsp sugar

6 Frankfurter sausages

1 tbsp chives

Tips

You can replace the beef stock with vegetable stock.

Fill the metal bowl with 0.5L water and fit the steamer basket with the potatoes. Run the program.

Put the cooled potatoes in a bowl and pour over the hot marinade and sliced onion.

Rest the salad for at least an hour or even overnight so that potatoes melt in the mouth.
