2 pork tenderloin

25 ml olive oil

1 onion

1.5 tbsp cornflour

100 ml sweet sherry

1 knob butter

250 ml beef stock

1 sprig chopped parsley

Tips

After step 5 you can mix the sauce using the programme EXPERT, 20 seconds/speed 18 (no heating). Serve with mash or rice.

RECIPE STEPS

Cut the pork into 1/2cm pieces. Season the pork pieces and brown the on both sides in a frying-pan with a little oil. Set aside.

Put the onion and oil in the bowl. Run the program.
  • 25 ml olive oil

Fry the onion using the program.

Add the cornflour (mixed with the same amount of cold water). Rerun the program.

Add the stock, wine and butter and season lightly. Run the program without the cap on to let the alcohol evaporate.
  • 100 ml sweet sherry
  • 1 knob butter
  • 250 ml beef stock

Put the cap back on. Place the pieces of meat in the bowl and run the program.

When ready to serve, garnish with chopped parsley.

absolutely lovely, just would cook the pork for a shorter period of time say 8 minutes in the gorgeous sauce.
