200 g strong bread flour

35 ml oil

7 g of baker's dry yeast

100 ml water

4 g salt

1 tsp oregano (optional)

RECIPE STEPS

Stir the yeast into the water with a fork until it dissolves. Allow to rest for 1 minute.

Put the salt, flour, oregano, oil and yeast liquid in the food processing bowl fitted with the dough blade.
  • 200 g strong bread flour
  • 35 ml oil
  • 100 ml water
  • 4 g salt
  • 1 tsp oregano (optional)

Switch on. Allow to run until the dough forms a ball (about 1 minute). If necessary, scrape the bowl walls clean with the spatula.

Flour your hands. Lift the dough out of the bowl and roll it into a ball. Place it in a large bowl and cover with cling film or a damp cloth. Leave to rise for approximately 1 hour.

At the end of the rise, knock back the dough by giving it a few gentle punches.
